主軸箱采用高強度材料，主軸采用大主軸單元結構，具有合理的鋼性和較高的極限轉速，X、Z 軸導軌采用高精度線型滑軌，導向精度高，低噪音、低摩擦性，速度快，承載能力強，并消除了一般硬軌結構的運動部件結構間隙帶來的精度損失。
內防護采用單片式，經久耐用，主軸離前方近操作方便，換刀快。
主軸分度采用無機械接觸雙回饋觸感應分度，分辨率高響應快，配合液壓鎖緊實現高速旋轉高速分度，定位精度好。該機可方便加裝鉆、銑削動力刀具進行車銑復合加工，可預留各種擴展功能安裝界面，如上下料機械手立柱、自動門，自動接料等，方便用戶提高生產能力。
